Institutional Objective
To train and specialize military, police and civilian, national and foreign personnel in Peacekeeping Operations and Humanitarian Aid, in accordance with international agreements signed with the Ecuadorian Republic, in order to improve Ecuador’s participation in the international scope.
UEMPE is a regional training institute of excellence in Peacekeeping Operations and Humanitarian Aid, under the established doctrine of the United Nations, observing the universal principles of freedom, equity and solidarity to guarantee world peace and security.
